Outside of normal operating hours, we automatically redirect your calls to our 24-hour emergency service provider, AERO 24. The combination of your service team and AERO 24 provides a seamless and professional service, and ensures that 24-hour access is available to all your details and policy information for your travellers. For non-urgent enquiries or reservations, access to the online solution is available 24-hours a day, every day.

We have a comprehensive Service Level Agreement with AERO 24, which provides regular updates on Key Performance Indicators. Your Account Manager also reviews the service at quality review meetings against our ISO accreditation, as part of our preferred supplier listing.
