East Midland Trains update

East Midlands Trains has completed the installation of brand new automatic ticket gates at London St. Pancras International station. The ticket gates have been installed at the entrance to the East Midlands Trains platforms, on the upper level of St. Pancras International station, and have been introduced to reduce the number of people travelling without a valid ticket, estimated to cost the rail industry around £200 million every year. They will also help improve security throughout the station. Posters and leaflets explaining how the ticket gates work are available at the station.
