Petition to stop increase to Air Passenger Duty

A petition has been set up to stop the proposed increase to APD which is set to increase by up to 112% in November 2010. At a time when the airline industry is suffering this move will penalise business travellers and holidaymakers when disposable income is falling. APD already raises £2 billion annually.
