Changes to Flybe’s baggage Policy - The most generous allowance of any UK low cost airline

From Tuesday 1st December 2009, Flybe changed its baggage policy to offer the most generous allowance of any UK low cost airline. If, from this date, you pre-pay for 2 or more bags into the hold you will be able to carry up to 40kgs - DOUBLE the current allowance.

Passengers who choose to pay for additional bags within 4 hours of the flight will not receive the additional weight allowance and will be entitled to 20kg.More good news for passengers travelling in ‘Flybe Economy Plus’ (‘W’ class or ‘R’ class) is that, from 1st December 2009, the allowance will now increase to 40kg completely free!
