Effective December 1, 2009 Continental Airlines will move to a cashless cabin. Credit cards, debit cards and Continental Currency coupons will be the only forms of payments accepted on Continental flights for onboard revenue with the exception of all:

Continental flights in and out of Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong
Continental Express flights
Continental Connection flights
Continental Micronesia flights
