The Queens in Leeds announces plans to develop the City's first ever dedicated executive floor

Work began on 4th January 2010 on the executive floor, which is to be called the QClub Floor and will take approximately 3 months. Investing nearly half a million pounds into the redevelopment, QClub will incorporate eighteen fabulous guest rooms and suites, two of which will boast individual terraces. The executive lounge, which used to be the old Lord Mayor Suite is also located on the 8th floor, will provide unrivalled views of Leeds' skyline. Other premium facilities in the lounge will be daily continental breakfast, hot beverages through out the day, evening complimentary drinks, first class office space and with hopefully much warmer conditions to come, the outdoor lounge area will offer guest's "alfresco dining overlooking the city of Leeds"
 
All eighteen bedrooms and bathrooms are being fully refurbished to the highest level and will include convenience and luxury features such as an i-pod dock, cordless telephones and the new all bedding package going into the new "executive" bedrooms currently being trialled through the group, which includes deluxe mattress toppers and duck down and feather duvets and pillows.
