Brussels train crash

Two trains have collided head-on at rush hour in a Brussels suburb this morning, killing 20 people. The trains collided in snowy conditions in the town of Buizingen.

Eurostar has cancelled all services in and out of Brussels until further notice. It is possible that services could remain suspended all day.
