Possible TAP Portugal strike

Portugal's national carrier TAP Portugal could possibly be hit by operational disruptions as the union representing the airline's pilots called for industrial action. A strike is tentatively scheduled for 24th & 25th September 2009.

Flights operated by TAP´s subsidiary airline Portugalia (PGA) are not affected at this time.

TAP Portugal, in its efforts to minimize inconvenience to travellers during this period, strongly advises its customers to travel on alternative dates. Therefore TAP customers with existing and ticketed bookings who wish to change to alternative dates may do so, free of charge, subject to availability on alternative flights.
