Our system can be accessed through your own intranet for all functions, this presents a familiar and user-friendly, client-facing solution for your travel bookers and travellers, whilst providing the most competitively priced travel alternatives. We provide continuous training in the systems as required, and include a ‘helpline’ service.
Our online solutions have built-in controls that ensure compliance with the agreed authorisation procedures and travel policy. These controls are set at the time of online implementation and include:
- Policy compliance - By displaying your preferred suppliers and encouraging booker awareness.
- Enforcement – the system allows for the enforcement of mandated areas of corporate policy
- Authorisation – The booking process integrates an exception reporting facility allowing out-of-policy authorisation where required.
- The blocking of online reservations where authorisation procedures are non-compliant.
Configuration and testing of your online reservation systems takes place as part of our implementation programme. In the immediate run up to the 'go live' date, where required, we host a series of online familiarisation sessions. Our systems have intuitive user friendly interfaces; however, we produce step by step reference guides to guide users through the reservation process. All users receive electronic copies of these guides at the time of password issue. Taking these steps, together with offering continuing support, means that our customers are able to achieve high online adoption levels from day one.
All of our systems are upgraded quarterly. Where additional functionality is added, we assess its suitability for each of our customers and prior to launch ensure that all users have received any necessary training. We are continually assessing new technologies and will implement those systems that offer our customers cost and time savings in a robust, user friendly and flexible package.
Our Web Development Team provides full support for our suite of self-booking tools. The training usually takes the form of an interactive online Webex based session or on site at client location..
We have sourced our online systems from market-leading suppliers. In the event of a failure, all systems have the ability to switch instantly to alternative servers with the minimum of down time. During the time our clients have been using them, our systems have proved themselves to be robust and extremely reliable.
